Hello to everyone for inviting me to your club found it very rewarding with a wonderful supply of spares to service these fine pieces of engineering as I was an engineer many years ago I find the workmanship fascinating its a pleasure to see that the Hornby live steam is still going, always been a fan of model railways as I have lots of electric railway models but the live steam is far more interesting. always loved steam from early age back in the 60s train spotting every where as I lived in the north east A4s.As a boy back then used to travel to many steam sheds as far as Scotland and London, I remember the day I cabed britannia and mallard in gateshead sheds
