Mallard Full Set
I have decided to sell my Mallard Full set live steam locomotive.
The set is complete apart from the gloves but all track, controllers, cables, fluids, DVD manual and the locomotive are all included. The locomotive has had very little use, in recent years only a number of times on a rolling road and at the 2017 OO Live Steam Club Summer Meet around the track pulling a rake of coaches. The locomotive has always worked perfectly.
The control system also includes an OO Live Steam Club push button control unit, which was built myself from the shop kit into the pre-drilled casing. This also works perfectly and, as we all know, is how Hornby should have produced the controller in the first place. The push button hand held controller plugs into existing sockets and does not in any way compromise the normal operation or integrity of the existing controllers. As this set is in perfect condition and as it includes a push button control unit the price is £600.00, plus signed for and insured shipping, which is the minimum I am prepared to accept for it and therefore not negotiable.

Well, as they say, if something doesn't sell then something has to change!
I think I probably gave too much credibility to the prices currently on line rather than the probably more realistic prices on here. Consequently I have decided to reduce the price of the Mallard Full Set with push button controller to £500.00.
