A4 PREASURE VAVE/SUPERHEATER.
Hello Fellow members, looking for A4 Super Heater as the one I have is choked up and not allowing much steam to cylinders if any at all. Only thing working is the whistle !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thanks steve.

The whistle needs much steam so I have doubts whether the superheater is choked.
I'd first check the steam passages to cylinders.
In case the superheater is definitely choked and you can't get a spare I would try to clean it:
Dismantle until you have the unit superheater/safety valve body on hand.
Clean the unit with descaling agent in an ultrasonic cleaner.
Keep the valve body outside the bath so that air bubbles can escape from the superheater. (I have an ultrasonic from a discounter for less than 20.- GBP.)
