FLYING SCOTSMAN.
Hello fellow members I am looking out for a chimney pot. Any offers or advice would be most appreciated, I did try to use the old Hornby chimney from the spares range but sadly it started to melt after a few steam-ups kept my grandson well amused he said look at this nanny chimney fell off steve.

I would make it from brass.
But you need sample to measure up an original one, and have access to a lathe.
Something I can help members with in the future.
But I still need to come over to pick up my train material at a friend who is holding it for me until I get there.
Can some one show photos of that missing part?
I got an electrical hornby scotsman, where I can mesure the chimney itself, but its the base I have no clue off.
If I can have some detailed photos and measurements in mm if possible, I will be able to make one, If that would help.
