Flying Scotsman Timing Wheel
I have a Flying Scotsman that developed timing problems and then failed to reverse. On investigation I found that the Timing Wheel had split apart and shattered possibly due to fatigue. Short of getting a replacement Steam Reversal Unit or trying to make a new Wheel is there anyway to replace it?
I would be grateful for any advice.

sorry I thought the clubs supplies were limited and getting parts from another source would help conserve them. I will, of course, in future get parts via the club if possible.
