quiet roadbed
so my current layout which is in the process of being moved. has cork roadbed which is kinda loud.
yesterday i bought an oval track just to have somtehing to run my loco on, and so that i have the extra track i need for my new layout. the track is rocoline. and when i first ran my loco, i was shocked by just how quiet it is! i can easily hear the classic chugga chugga sound from the piston! what's your guy's experience with roadbeds and sound?
