Air Compressor and tools for use with the Roadshow
For a while now thye club have been taking steps to make the Roadshow self-sufficient and have been slowly adding the things that we need to function without people having to bring additional items with them.
One of the items that has proved invaluable has been a compressor to enable the testing/timing of locos. We have used both the pulse jet and air reservoir types and although both work fine the reservoir type does have the advantage of being more suited for airbrushing and air cleaning should we need it.
The club have now purchased this equipment tand it will be stored and transported as part of the self-contained Roadshow.
And yes I have checked . . . . and can get it in the car . . just!

So if you turn up at a show with a 'poorly' loco we will be a little better equipped to diagnose and repair it for you.
