Swindon Steam
This is the home in Swindon, Wiltshire of the GWR museum, a fantastic place to visit and see all manner of things steam and the story of GWR. On 7th and 8th September 2019 there will be the festival of Model Railways held in the museum. I was wondering if the 00LS roadshow would be interested in being a part of this year's festival. I know that there is a lot involved in getting it there and set up, but I'm sure it would be a great success if you could participate. I am not affiliated or connected to the museum in any way, I just thought it would be another great venue to show what 00LS is about.
I have visited the festival twice in the past 4 years and it is always well attended for the 2 days that it is on, and you not only get to see the model railways, you get to see the museum too!!! Well worth the entry fee. Perhaps Maurice (Trigo) could make some tentative enquiries if not for this year, then perhaps for 2020.
