Introduce Yourself

Hello Group,

First off, thanks for including me! While new to this group, I've been doing 1/8th scale live steam for quite awhile. Actually, 2004 was quite exciting, as in June of that year, I was in London, and bought The Mallard set. Hand carried it all the way back to the USA. Later, that same year, was fortunate to find my 1/8th scale Pacific locomotive. Thus, this household is able to enjoy live steam from OO (HO over here) right up to 1/8th scale.

I found this group, as the Mallard set was packed away for quite awhile, and spent a good part of an afternoon 'waking' the little bugger back up. In surfing for info, I found this group, and it looks like an incredible resource, and collection of like-minded souls. Here's to live steam for all, as well as good health too!!
