Hi All, I'm just starting out with Live Steam and hope to run /set up a dual voltage layout (Live steam in a loop round the perimeter) over the winter. I'm just starting to "run in" my Dble Tender Scotsman. Hope to meet up at Weymouth Regards Luke

Welcome Luke. An outer circuit dedicated to OOLS is a good plan but make the radius as big as possible. Hornby Live Steam is SO like the real thing that it needs the model railway equivalent of RA9. A Rolling Road is the best way to start and run-in and dont foget to put a BIG load on when you first go out onto the 'mainline' just as a precaution until you get confident.
