Dont do ANYTHING until you've seen the DVD but the DVD does assume you have the manual and concentrates on operation rather than preparation which, for the most part, the manual instructs correctly.

Ref the latter, key points are you MUST only use zero PPM distilled water, not deionised and noting that's been anywhere near a dehumidifier, fridge ice box or rainwater barrel. Also, use no more than one drop of oil per steaming.

Have a look at some ebay clips about preparation but NOT running. As I say, wait for the DVD for that.
