Introduce Yourself

I seem to have a problem with back pressure I think, or maybe someone will know better. I can't see anything stopping it from running, but when I roll the wheels with my fingers it is like it hits a stop. I dont get this problem with any other ls loco.

has anyone had this? or on inspection am I missing something?
