Controller cut out
Not sure what the controller sees, I can run a loco on the track for 20 min, no problem, but when I leave the controller without a connection i.e. no load, it trips in about 30 seconds or so and busses annoyingly? It started off with trying to repair a loco on the rolling road, and would just trip after 30 seconds or so, so I thought it was the loco itself (see other post re heater current) at first it looked like the super heater element had a very low resistance, but after disconnecting it is reading about 4.3 ohms. The controller however seems to be fine when I put a "working" loco on the rolling road. I seem to be chasing my own tail, any ideas please?

Thanks Mike, this will help with fault finding, will check that thermostat again as well.
