A4 not running, steam and oil from above cylinders
Hello again gents,
A while ago I made a post about an A4 that wasn't running, and with your help I managed to temporarily fix it. After a while however it stopped working, it would build pressure, and whistle but not run.
In light of this I decided that I didn't have anything to lose and I studied the mechanism meticulously and decided I would take on the task of completely disassembling the locomotive, cleaning things the best that I could, replace the seals on the cylinders, rotary valve and super heater, as well replace the rotary valve cover with a metal one and replaced the rotary valve pressure pad.
Now I have re-assembled the locomotive to the best of my ability, and upon testing it seems I wasn't successful. The loco still seems to build pressure, and whistle fine however at first there was oil leaking out from the oil chest/rotary valve area just above the cylinders, and later a stream of steam started coming from the same place.
Any help in regards to what might be wrong, or what I should be checking after a complete re-assembly would be highly appreciated. P.S It also seemed like the LEDs were very inconsistent in lighting up, for example, the red would flicker on and off, and sometimes not turn on at all.

I have the same problem with steam leaking out of the oil chest/rotary valve area and I think the seal between the oil chest and the steam chest needs to be replaced but can't find a replacement and neither is it mentioned that the seal even exists in the Hornby documentation
