We used to have an excellent guide to constructing our layouts, with recommendations on cable diameters, amp loading, droppers and so forth.

Having moved home, the old (ha!, two year old) layout is no longer appropriate, and I'm planning a much larger layout with quite long runs. So I'm interested in being reminded of rail joining, droppers, Bus-wire loading, and optimal distance between dropper to power bus.

Is there any chance of resurrecting the guide, or if it's already here and I've missed it, forgive me and point me in the right direction.
