If I want to repaint a LS body, what paint is suitable? I have some Humbrol and Revell enamel paint left, but is that heatresistant enough?

I have used a RailMatch crimson lake enamel on both a brass body and a Dublo cast mazak body, each converted to live steam. So far so good, but they have each probably only had a few hours running so far. Not a long term result.....yet.
I don't know what the result would be like on a Hornby OOLS plastic body.
