Mallard won`t Run

i have got an problem with the mallard i made a video about it!

It looks like the regulator control rod is broken, you can get a spare from the shop LSC9574 and the tiny spring for the reversal unit is LSC0707.
I see the super heater has been unscrewed and the regulator and spring are missing.
