I keep seeing Stuffing Box referred to in other posts. Could somebody let me know which component this is? Apparently the seals might need tightening with the special tool! I would be much obliged to see a photo if anybody has one. Thanks.

ps. Photo of the stuffing box, not the tool. My wife has got me the tool for Christmas and I want to know what to do with it.
