A3 FLYING SCOTSMAN TIMING.
Hello Eric, Thanks for your recent post about A3 timing. I have just rebuilt the A3 complete after strip down and service with electrics - seals - reversing gear after seizing. I used your data from the A4 MALLARD and found to be quite accurate but slightly out of timing in reverse, this maybe because I was fine tuning the 45 degree setting on the reversing gear. I shall look out for your new post TOP-MAN!!!!!!!! steve.
