Mallard light not going green
Hi, Has anyone experienced a loco where the light does not change to green, it just stays red ? Brand new out of box from 2005 !!

Adrian, Thanks for your input and yes, I should have said that with the red light continiously on, the loco is not moving and I cannot hear the servo operating. Next step as you suggested was to remove the body and see if there is anything obviously wrong. I have a Flying Scotsman as well so I can make comparisons but very new to this so any pointers are to be well received.
