Is This a Good Time!
Now that I'm getting comfortable with timing issues, I thought I would post this. Notice I have taken the whistle off, it enables you to get to the timing adjuster more easily and also it's more visible. There's a slight 'lump' still but I couldn't get it any better.

That looks very good. You usually find you can acheive a good top speed or a smooth low speed or a happy medium but rarely all three together. When loaded up with a rake of coaches the ‘lump’ you have will most likely iron itself out to some degree.
