I’m just wondering because I heard someone talk about this in a video but am unsure if it is true or matters.

i belive it was my video you watched. as i said in the video im unsure wheter or not this is true for steam oils, and i dont think it is becuse steam oils is not made from the same stuff as regular engine oils. however it is true for your car's engine, especially when in use. so if you dont change it often enough, it might smell sour
