If you look at the vids, the screw is as tight as I dare go, but is only tight to rotating arm, ( sorry I don’t know what these parts are called, the other side, the screw is tight and the arm is free to rotate about that pivot point...the video is on the FB page, I’ve not a clue how to put a video on here😬
