I have a thread gone in the centre wheel on my Mallard I have one to take parts off but how do you remove a wheel? Can anyone help please.

The special tool to undo the wheel nuts is available from the club shop - OOLS as item LSC 1019


You may only need to remove one wheel but because there is a beveled gear on the centre wheel axle that controls the timing just be aware that disengaging this gear affects the timing. It is essential to note the position of the wheel crank at the time of removal and ensure it replaced in exactly the same position when replaced.
