Hello can any member be of help as I am having difficulty trying to under stand why both green and red lights stay on together all the time. Up to date I have changed to all new parts ,wiper board - lights - relay board - but still lights on any help would be most appreciated thanks steve.

Glad you got it sorted. Its a learning curve but there is great satisfaction to be had when it all comes together and it works!
