Disintegrating timing ring
Hi All,
I am one of those unfortunates who have had the timing ring on the timing shaft of one of my locos suddenly fall into pieces!
I have tried carrying out a repair and come up with a solution which has actually worked.
I have composed a paper on how I solved the problem by manufacturing a replacement made of brass. The document is in PDF format and might be useful to other members who have had the same problem.
