The holding of an annual AGM is a requirement of the club constitution. As in previous years we will again be utilising online virtual meeting software.
This allows more members to take part in the AGM and the committee have agreed that we should continue with this format.
The OOLS Club AGM now has a fixed date of the second Saturday of January of the following year so the 2025 AGM meeting will be held at 2.30pm on January 10th 2026
Recently committee member Dave Wood offered the club a complete rake of Bachmann mineral wagon. In addition the wagons are all weathered and have been fitted with coal loads & brake van)
Dave was offering them to the club for a price of £325.
Following discussions the committee agreed that this would be a valuable addition to the clubs Roadshow stock and a cost effective purchase.

11 in favour - none against - no abstentions

In recent years the club moved away from the physical meeting format by taking advantage of modern day technology and utilising online virtual meeting software. This resulted in more members being able to take part in the AGM and the committee have agreed that we should continue with this format.
The OOLS Club AGM now has a fixed date of the second Saturday of January of the following year so the 2024 AGM meeting will be held on at 2.30pm on January 11th 2025
This year the virtual meeting will again be hosted by club members David and Tammy Palmer via their Zoom account.

Roadshow Manger - Changes can be authorised at committee level.
Loco Sales Manager - Changes can be authorised at committee level.
Facebook Manger - Changes can be authorised at committee level.
